Dan is a Partner in WISS’ Real Estate Services Group handling commercial real estate owners and developers as well as residential single family and townhouse/condominium builders.  With more than 35 years experience, Dan has structured acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, helped restructure debt, negotiated leases, secured loans and handled tax free exchanges. He has extensive experience with cost segregation studies.

Prior to joining WISS & Company, LLP, Dan spent his career with local, national and large regional accounting firms.  Dan is a graduate of Seton Hall University and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
