Alex is a member of the firm’s accounting and auditing practice and has over 13 years of experience working with middle-market commercial clients. Alex has a diverse client background which includes real estate, professional services, technology, and manufacturing clients for both private equity and closely held businesses. Alex also has experience in performing due diligence for mergers and acquisitions engagements.  In his tenure as manager, he was in charge of many of the firm’s large and more complex audit and review engagements. 

Prior to joining WISS in 2004, Alex worked at Ernst & Young in New Jersey.  He is a graduate of Seton Hall University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  He is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also an active mentor in the development and delivery of continuing education programs for WISS’ internal training initiatives.
