Michael J. Lee

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant with more than twenty-five years of experience. His Food Industry exposure includes supermarkets, manufacturers, retailers, wholesale distributors, service companies and franchisers. He effectively blends his expertise in accounting, auditing, and consulting to bring a unique perspective in assisting clients in meeting their business and personal goals.

Mr. Lee has an extensive background dealing with clients’ financing matters, bank negotiations, business acquisitions and sales, succession planning, and tax minimization strategies. A graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Mike is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants where he has served on the Members in Industry Committee and the Cooperation with Bankers Committee.

He is a member of the New Jersey Food Council, the New Jersey Technology Council, the Eastern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors of the Norkus Charitable Foundation. He currently serves on the School Board for his parish, St. Leo the Great. Mike is past Treasurer of the Seton Hall University Alumni Association Board of Directors and past Chairman of the Board’s Activities Committee.
