With over thirty-five years of experience, Brian represents some of the most prestigious real estate development and management entities in New Jersey. He has provided in-depth consultation on budget development and financing alternatives, ownership transition and wealth management, and has helped establish vital operational functions for his clients. Brian is adept at loan structuring, lease negotiation, property acquisition and disposition as well as cost segregation studies.
He is a member of the Rutgers-Newark College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Association, the Garden State Credit Associates, the New Jersey Apartment Association, Property Owners Association, the Regional Business Partnership, the Business Consulting Services Section of the AICPA, and the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce. He is member and Past President of the Board of Directors of Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Regents of St. Peter’s Prep in Jersey City and has served as Chairman of the Finance Committee.
Brian is a cum laude graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Certified to practice in New Jersey and New York, Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York and New Jersey Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
