Ned has over thirty-five years of experience in public accounting, serving numerous clients including many in the medical sector. Ned provides services extending beyond accounting and taxation, including consulting advice on a variety of business issues.  He is currently Chairman of Kreston International, a worldwide association of independent accounting firms.

Mr. Futter is an Audit Partner at WISS & Company and has in-depth knowledge of several industries including professional services, wholesale distributing, real estate and manufacturing.  He also advises closely held and family owned businesses.

A graduate of Long Island University, Mr. Futter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey and New York State Societies of Certified Public Accountants.  He is a  Past Chairman of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountant's Management of an Accounting Practice Committee and as a member of the Executive Committee of the SEC Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Division for CPA Firms.  Mr. Futter served as Managing Partner of WISS & Company for ten years.
