Mark is a Partner in the New York City office of Freeman & Davis, a division of WISS & Company, LLP with more than fifteen years of accounting and tax experience.   He has extensive experience in handling diverse practice areas, including accounting and auditing (both Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards), taxation of closely held and internationally owned businesses, international taxation, not-for-profits and taxation of high-net-worth individuals.  Mark is also experienced in computerization of accounting systems.  He works in many different industries, including wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, and service companies.

Mark is accredited as a Personal Financial Specialist as designated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also holds a Series 65 license (registered investment advisor).  He has developed advanced estate planning concepts as a part of generational business planning.

He also works with clients to maximize business tax incentives offered under New York State’s Empire Zone Program, New York City sponsorship, as well as other benefits programs.

Mr. Feldstein is a graduate of Syracuse University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
