With over a decade of diversified tax experience, Russ is a member of the WISS Real Estate Services Group, representing some of the most well-known real estate development and management entities in New Jersey.  He has extensive industry experience with real estate and construction, retailers, distributors, professional services and high net worth individuals.  An expert in business structuring, tax free exchanges, sales and purchases of business and cost segregation studies, Russ has lectured before professional organizations and business groups on various business and tax topics.

With his extensive entrepreneurial experience and tax background, Russ is also the in-charge partner for WISS’ Small Business Group. This group provides companies of varying sizes with the tax and financial advice and expertise necessary to continue their growth and maintain their businesses. Russ has represented many clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.

He is a graduate of College Misericordia in Dallas, PA with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a minor in management. Russ is currently pursuing his Masters in Taxation at Fairleigh Dickenson University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Global Business Roundtable.
