Larry is a Partner with over twenty years of accounting and auditing experience.  He combines an extensive background in auditing with significant valuation and forensic accounting expertise to make him uniquely qualified to provide expert consultation and perform financial due diligence for M&A transactions. As a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst, Mr. Chodor also applies his knowledge in litigation matters such as shareholder suits, damage and business-interruption claims, valuations of closely-held businesses and matrimonial dissolutions.

He has participated in initial public offerings and audits of public and privately held companies and not for profit institutions in various industries including manufacturing telecommunications, biotechnology, trucking, computer rental, software, and system design.  In addition to participation in audits of not-for-profits including public charities, alumni associations and foundations, he has provided due diligence services for numerous merger and acquisition transactions.  Larry is accredited in Business Valuations by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Furthermore, he has testified as an expert witness in the State of New Jersey.

As well as being a member of WISS & Company’s Executive Committee, he is also a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mr. Chodor has lectured before bar associations as well as other professional societies, and has been published in New Jersey Lawyer.

Mr. Chodor is a graduate of Bryant College, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
