Stace N. Balitsos, CPA

Mr. Balitsos is a tax partner in the New York City office of Freeman & Davis, a division of WISS & Company, LLP.  He has more than twenty years experience in all aspects of taxation including income tax planning for closely-held businesses and high and middle net worth individuals, estate and gift tax planning, income tax and administration of estates and trusts.

Stace has extensive experience with both federal and state tax audits and collection matters including offers in compromise.  Stace also oversees judicial accountings before the Surrogate Court on behalf of executors, trustees and attorneys.  Clients include executives, attorneys, doctors, professional gamblers, small business and high net worth individuals.

Stace is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Stace has served on various committees with the NYSSCPA including closely held and S Corporations and Relations with Internal Revenue Service and has participated as a speaker at various conferences.  Stace was formally a Revenue Agent in the Internal Revenue Service, Manhattan District.  He is a graduate of Hofstra University.
