Stace Balitsos is a Partner in the Tax Services Group at Wiss with over 25 years of public accounting experience. Stace spends a great deal of time on tax controversy, working with federal and local tax authorities to resolve client tax issues. As a taxation specialist, he is also well versed in income tax planning for closely-held businesses, high and middle net worth individuals, executives, attorneys, doctors and professional gamblers. Stace is also experienced in estate and gift tax planning, as well as income tax planning for estates and trusts.
Stace also oversees judicial accountings before the Surrogate Court on behalf of executors, trustees and attorneys. He is a frequent speaker at various tax and related conferences and seminars. Highly regarded for his knowledge and business experience in taxation, Stace provides value-added services and solutions to clients.

Stace's client accomplishments include using his knowledge and experience as a former Revenue Agent in the Internal Revenue Service Manhattan District to represent clients before the IRS, New York State Department of Taxation, New York City Department of Finance, New Jersey Division of Taxation, the Connecticut Department of Revenue and various other state's tax departments.
When not in the office, Stace loves the water and spending time with his family. He
can be found sailing or yacht racing, scuba diving or fishing.
