Michael Petrecca, CPA
Partner, Tax
Michael Petrecca is Partner in the Tax Services Group at our Flemington office. He is actively involved in representing clients before taxing authorities in examinations, whether in office audits, field audits or appeals. Michael also prepares tax returns for individuals and businesses and specializes in the preparation of returns for clients with multistate tax reporting. He has also helped clients with complex tax planning prior to the consummation of a transaction with the goal to maximize the economic effect of tax structure.
Michael also assists clients in the sales, mergers or acquisitions of their business to optimize the tax structure of the transaction. In addition to Michael’s concentration in taxes, he is also responsible for financial reporting for various business entities.
