With over 35 years of public accounting experience, Mike Lee is a Partner in the Commercial Services Group at Wiss. As a well-versed tax and audit leader in the firm, Mike has extensive background with financing matters, bank negotiations, business mergers, acquisitions and sales, succession planning, and tax minimization strategies. Mike has worked across an array of many industries including supermarkets, manufacturers, retailers, wholesale distributors, service companies and franchisors. Highly regarded for his knowledge and business expertise, Mike provides value added services and solutions to clients.
Drawing on his expertise in industry-specific issues ranging from inventory control to margins to budgeting and cash flow, Mike guides clients by identifying potential growth opportunities as well as inefficiencies to eliminate in order to grow profits and reduce risks.

When not in the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Mike currently serves on the Parish Finance and the Executive Council Committee of the School Board for his parish, St. Leo the Great and runs his church's basketball league, consisting of 550 children, Grades 1 to 8. As an avid sports enthusiast, Mike previously coached the school's junior varsity basketball team along with the varsity baseball team. Mike also served as Treasurer of the Seton Hall Alumni Association Board of Directors.
