Lisa is responsible for all human capital strategies at Wiss including workforce planning, talent management, learning and development, compensation and employee relations.
Lisa works closely with the Firm’s executive team to strengthen work culture and core values. Her team of talented human resource professionals works collectively to create programs that promote a strong team environment and align with the Firm’s vision. They focus on efforts and interactions that encourage a workplace where self-motivation, enthusiasm and innovation lead to both personal and organizational success.

Under Lisa’s guidance, the Human Resources team at Wiss has undergone an expansion of services provided to both the Firm and its clients. She has led the group as it has evolved from a tactical compliance-driven support center to a strategic partner of the Firm’s management and team members.
When not in the office, Lisa enjoys spending her time with her husband and two children, often watching their soccer and lacrosse games. She also enjoys their annual beach and skiing vacations.
