With comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and management techniques, Lisa can advise clients on employment-related matters, evaluate their business processes, and help fine-tune their best practices and procedures.
In addition, Lisa assists companies with recruitment efforts and compliance with employment laws, providing expert recommendations and advice for resolutions on daily matters. She offers advisory support, onsite service, and acts as a vital resource for both employers and their employees on a wide array of HR related issues.

Under Lisa’s guidance, the Human Resources team at Wiss has undergone an expansion of services provided to both the Firm and its clients. She has led the group as it has evolved from a tactical compliance-driven support center to a strategic partner of the Firm’s management and team members.
When not in the office, Lisa enjoys spending her time with her husband and two children, often watching their soccer and lacrosse games. She also enjoys their annual beach and skiing vacations.
