Donna Woronka, CPA, MBA

As Chief Client Officer, Donna overseas the servicing of clients in WEST, a subsidiary of Wiss & Company LLP. WEST (Wiss Early Stage Technology) is a financial management and business advancement program for early stage companies designed to optimize our client’s success. WEST’s mission is to help founders deliver a return on their sacrifice.

Donna has worked in WEST since client #1. She plays an instrumental part in developing the operational procedures for the accounting team, providing input in the design of WEST’s proprietary software programs, and growing the business through customer referrals. Donna is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the Account Managers who work hands-on with the clients.

Prior to joining Wiss & Company LLP, Donna was co-owner of an accounting practice in Northern New Jersey for 15 years. Donna’s high level of customer focus was key to growing the business from just a handful of small business clients to over hundreds. Donna brings this same energy and dedication to WEST.

Donna is currently on the Accounting Advisory Board at Seton Hall University. She is also an Executive Mentor at The Gerald P. Buccino ’63 Center for Leadership Development Program and Woman’s Leadership Program, both at Seton Hall University. Donna previously volunteered her time working with mentally retarded students. This included teaching life skills and participating in local community events with the students.

Accomplishments

Donna has been a key part of growing the WEST program to almost 50 clients in a little over 1 years’ time. Her clients have a 94% success rate.

Beyond Wiss

In her spare time, Donna enjoys being outdoors either hiking, gardening, or just soaking up the sun. She is a foodie who relishes cooking delicious meals for friends and family on the weekend.
