Charlie is a Director. His practice area of concentration is real estate which includes providing audit and accounting services to clients that own, develop and /or manage retail shopping centers, commercial office space, warehouse and residential real estate. Charlie manages all types of engagements, including preparation of personal financial statements for high net worth individuals, audits, reviews and compilations which include manufacturing clients and New York City Certioraris reporting to aid real estate owners in reducing New York City real estate taxes. In addition Charlie has performed due diligence for his clients in connection with their acquisition of real estate. His tax experience includes income, trust, gift and estate tax planning and preparation of tax returns.

Charlie has assisted clients structuring and obtaining financing in connection with their acquisition of real estate. He has also assisted clients in obtaining significant tax savings based on his tax and estate tax planning knowledge.
