WISS & Company Holds Inventory Workshop
On March 31, 2009, WISS & Company held a 1/2 day workshop on Inventory Management. Attendees learned what high performance manufacturers and distributors are doing in inventory management, data accuracy, metrics and management systems. The seminar focused on process design, process discipline, cultural shifts and continuous improvement. Practical, 'real-world' examples were used to help attendees better relate to the culture of continuous improvement. Donald Sheldon, a business management consultant who has experience working with both large and small companies on warehouse and distribution excellence led the program.
