WISS & Company Holds 7th Annual Charity Golf Classic

The day began with promised showers, but the gray clouds eventually cleared and the sun shined as one hundred golfers came out for a great day of golfing at the picturesque Cedar Hill Country Club in Livingston, NJ. This year's outing, held on June 8th, offered a shot-gun start and featured contests and prizes like the closest to the hole, longest drive, closest to the line and last man standing.

Thanks to all who participated in making this year's outing a success. All proceeds from the WISS Golf Classic benefit the WISS Philanthropic Fund. Historically, the golf outing had exclusively funded scholarships for young men and women attending New Jersey colleges and universities.  This year, in recognition of the Firm’s desire to broaden the spectrum of the Foundation, and coupled with our response to a challenging economy that has greatly impacted many charitable organizations, we have expanded the reach of our charitable efforts to include local 501(c)3 charities who help those around us.
