Lawrence R. Chodor Speaks at CIANJ Roundtable

Lawrence R. Chodor, CPA, Partner at WISS & Company, LLP, will be a panelist for the Commerce and Industry Association’s Financial Decision Makers Roundtable on Mergers and Acquisitions on January 27, 2009, at the Hilton in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ.

Mr. Chodor has experience in litigation matters that include shareholder suits, damage and business-interruption claims, valuations of closely-held businesses and matrimonial matters. He has testified as an expert witness in the State of New Jersey. He is also a member of WISS & Company’s Executive Committee. Mr. Chodor is a graduate of Bryant College, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
