WISS Partner, Leo J. Zatta Appointed to District Ethics Committee of the New Jersey Supreme Court

Leo J. Zatta, Partner at WISS & Company has been appointed to the District Ethics Committee of the New Jersey Supreme Court. 

Mr. Zatta is the Partner-in-Charge of WISS & Company's Law Firm Services Group, a practice within the firm that provides consulting services to law firms as well as litigation support, forensic accounting, business valuations, bankruptcy and other related services.  He also serves as a member of NJSCPA’s Litigation Services Committee.

Mr. Zatta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, a Master of Business Administration in Finance, cum laude, and a Master of Science in Taxation, cum laude Stillman School of Business from Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey.   He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the States of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).  In addition, he is a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Valuation Analyst and Accredited in Business Valuation.
