On January 23 Paul Peterson, Partner, along with Nick Kromenacker, Chief Marketing Officer at Axiom Solutions lead an online seminar on R&D Tax Credits through the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC)

R&D Tax Credits have been around since the Reagan Administration and was designed to stimulate investment in groundbreaking technologies. Over the past 25 years, the R&D Tax Credit has developed into one of the principal drivers of innovation in US businesses and the economy. In 2003, changes were made that allowed more businesses to participate in R&D Tax Credits including small to medium size engineering firms. The session provided information on what the credit is, how projects qualify for the credit and how an engineering firm can take advantage of this important tax law.
