Kenneth Trainor Joins WISS as Partner

August - WISS & Company is pleased to announce that Kenneth N. Trainor, has joined the firm as partner. Mr. Trainor brings over 30 years of experience serving the real estate industry, assisting clients in planning, development, sale, acquisition, construction, leasing and financing.

"Ken will be adding substantial expertise to WISS’ real estate practice" says managing partner, Jeff Campo, "and his background within the real estate sector is an excellent complement to our already strong team."

Mr. Trainor will be working primarily from New York City, assisting with the firm’s expansion plans in this marketplace. Joining him in New York will be his manager, Charles H. Komack, CPA.

Prior to joining WISS, Mr. Trainor was a partner at H. J. Behrman & Company, LLP in New York City. Mr. Trainor has a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York. He also has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from St. John’s University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
